The Process

Introduction

At ICT, we are deeply process-oriented. Our experts ensure that every project follows a uniform procedure, guaranteeing that nothing is overlooked. Every ICT Project is broken down into four main stages:

  1. Project Assessment;
  2. Logistics;
  3. Production;
  4. Settlement.

Project Assessment

The process begins when you send us your list of equipment. From there, we assess the value of the equipment provided. Once we've thoroughly analyzed the equipment list, we'll draft a proposal and send it your way.

Logistics

With the proposal signed, we'll forward you the asset pickup form, which you'll need to complete. This form gives us all the necessary details for the equipment pickup. Subsequently, our "white glove" specialists will touch base with you to schedule a pickup at a time convenient for you. On the agreed date, our team will visit your facility to retrieve the equipment.

Production

Upon the equipment's arrival at our warehouse, the production phase commences. This involves sorting, testing, and labeling the equipment. We will then compile testing reports and generate certificates for you.

Settlement

Once the paperwork is settled, we will send the certificate and either process payment for the ITAD projects or invoice you for the Clean Up Projects.
